FAQS

  • When should I arrive?
Please ensure you arrive 30 minutes before your session start time. Peak times can be extremely busy so please allow time for parking.
  • What happens if the ice is wet?
UK weather can be changeable - rain, warm temperatures and strong winds can make the surface of the ice wet. The Ice Rink is prepared for changing weather conditions, and wet ice is safe to skate on. Check for any weather warnings on the day of your booking and, if in doubt, bring waterproof clothing.
  • Are wheelchair users able to participate?
Yes!, our ice rink is accessable for wheelchair users. Wheelchair users must skate within their own ability and a personal assistant should be present to assist the accessable user when needed as our staff members are unable to do so.
  • Is there a minimum age?
There is no minimum age, however we ask that guardians use their descretion as to young users capabilities. Children under 10 must be accompanied by an adult unless attending a learn to skate session.

No. Our ice rink is open air so wrap up warm and enjoy the fresh outdoor air!.

  • Do you open in bad weather?
We operate in nearly all weather conditions. Please bring suitable outdoor clothing. Wether you attend a indoor or outdoor ice rink there is always a risk of getting wet. In the unlikely event that the Ice Rink must close, alternative skating sessions will be offered. We regret that no refunds can be given due to bad weather.
